Instead of doing your problem for you, I'm changing the number of flower pots.
Use this as a model:

in how many ways can FOUR different flower pots be lined up on a windowsill if
we are choosing from 10 different plants?
We can choose the flower pot on the far left 10 ways.
That leaves 9 flower pots to choose for the one next to it.
That leaves 8 flower pots to choose for the one next to it.
That leaves 7 ways to choose the flower pot on the far right.

Answer for this problem: 10*9*8*7 = 10P4 = 5040 ways to arrange 4
of the 10 flower pots left to right on a windowsill.

Now do yours the same way.
