Just like it says. Use a non-paper tool to find the results which the question asks. This non-paper tool can be slide-rule, scientific calculator with appropriate Statistical functions, a web-based software program, a software program on a computer. The direction, "Use technology" does not mean book-based tables of values nor handbook nor textbook containing the function values.
