The expected value is 13.3, so the probability should be high.
Use a binomial table with n=19 p=0.7 and look at the probability of what you DON'T WANT, the likelihood of n <10.
That is 0.0324.
Everything else up to 1 is what you DO want.
1-0.0324=0.9676, and that is the probability that at least 10 survive.
