Highly unlikely but insufficient information.
The grades given have to have a mean of 3.948 or very close to it. With a few courses, there is a high likelihood the mean for the semester will be 4, 3.75, or other similar numbers.
79/19 rounds to 3.948.
These are prime, and nothing else nearby works.
Doubling them does the same, but that would double the credits in one semester. Trying some point in between does not work.
It is far more likely that if somebody sits out the semester that this will happen, so that changes the question as to the probability that somebody will do that.
