Question 971824: What is the probability that a data value and a normal distribution is between a Z score of -0.28 and is the score of 0.64 round your answer to the nearest 10th of a percent . Please explain!
Answer by Boreal(15235) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
This is the probability between z=-0.28 and 0.64
normal cdf function on calculator will do this entering the two probabilities and 0 for mean and 1 for sd
probability=0.3492= 34.9%
Between -1 and +1 for z is about 68% probability, so this answer makes sense.
