Look at a normal curve.
I can't draw one here, but
z=0.05 is a vertical line just to the right of the midline.
z=0.80 is about a third of the way to the right.
Draw vertical lines down from both.
Shade the area between. It is 26.8% of the total area, so it is about a quarter shaded.
