Although i think the answer should be 1x1=1 the answer has to be one of the above answer choices. Really confused

AH - ace of hearts
AD - ace of diamonds
and 4 slots.
So your possible combinations would be
with repetition
or
without repetition
and possible permutations would be
with repetition
or
without repetition
However none of the solutions match any of your solutions.
