I think you take .82 x the 20 hours and that should tell you when the second unit is completed I am lost thanks

Y(x)=hours for xth unit; K=direct number of labor hours for first unit; x=unit number; b=learning percentage as decimal; log is base 2
For third unit (x=3)
=14.6 hrs
For fourth unit (x-4)
=13.45 hrs
