If you and your husband are considered to win the prize together, ie you have one ticket you share, then it is 15/30 = 1/2 = 0.50 = 50%

If you both have your own tickets and you're asking "what are the chances we both win a prize?", then...

P(both win) = P(you win)*P(your husband wins)
P(both win) = (15/30)*(14/29) ... assuming nonreplacement
P(both win) = 7/29
P(both win) = 0.241379 which is roughly 24.1379%
