This is a bad question. Unless you know up front that one and only one answer is correct, you can't answer this question with certainty.
But let's assume that there is one and only one correct answer in the four choices.

The odds of picking the correct answer is 1 in 4 = 25% = 0.25
The odds in picking an incorrect answer are 3 in 4 = 75% = 0.75
So 0.25 and 0.75
