Treat this as a stars and bars problem with 15 stars (crore) and 2 bars (to separate the three people). Then any sequence of 15 stars and 2 bars gives us a unique distribution. There are 17C2 = 152 ways to give 15 crores to 3 people. (look up "stars and bars" if you are unfamiliar with the technique)
