Question 911785: A baseball player has a batting average of 0.395. What is the probability that he has exactly 1 hits in his next 7 at bats?
What's throwing me off is how the decimal has 3 places. I know the formula is (C n,r) x (p)^r x (q)^n-r
So my n=7, what am I suppose to do for p and q?
Please & Thank you!
