Both problems involve drawing cards without replacement.
i. Probability that one card is from each suit is
(note that there are 13 cards in each suit)
13/52 * 13/51 * 13/50 * 13/49 = 0.004395758
ii. Probability that all 4 are picture cards is
(note that there are 4 aces, 4 kings, 4 queens, 4 jacks)
4/52 * 4/51 * 4/50 * 4/49 = 0.0000394
