Question 886261: For the following info, what is the probability of a randomly selected student having earned an A on the exam given they devoted no more than 8 hours to studying for the exam?
Total students = 50
Students with an A = 13 (out of 50)
Students with < 8 hours studying = 21 (out of 50)
Students with an A and < 8 hours studying = 1 (out of 13 A's)
I need to see how I would arrive at the answer so I can apply this to other problems. I have been pulling my hair out over this! Thank you!
