This is a binomial probability problem. Where there are n = 2954 trials (resumes) p = 10% = .1 = the probability that if you picked just 1 resume it would have spelling errors. q = 100%-10% = 1-.1 = .9 = the probability that if you picked just 1 resume it would not have any spelling errors. r = 296 = the number of "successful" cases you want the probability of.
