There are only six possible combinations
25+10=35
25+5=30
10+25=35
10+5=15
5+25=30
5+10=15
Each is equally likely.
which brings us to three possible sums
15,30,35 which each occur twice
which gives each sum 2 out of 6 chance or 1 out of 3
add them up and we get 80
80/3=26.67
so 26.67
