Question 850567: Please help me solve this problem:
If P(A)=.6 and P(B)=.7 and P(A and B)=.3, what is P(A or B)?

Answer by harpazo(655)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Use the formula:
p(a or b) = p(a) + p(b) - p(a and b)
p(a or b) = 0.6+0.7-0.3
p(a or b) = 1
The answer is 1.
