Lisa has 9 rings in her jewlery box. Five are gold and 4 are silver. if she randomly selects 3 rings to wear to a party, find each probability:
13.P(2 silver or 2 gold) = P(2 silver) + P(2 gold)
=(3C2)(4/9)^2(5/9) + 3C2(5/9)^2(4/9)
= 3*0.10974 + 3*013717
=0.74074
===============
14.P(all gold or all silver)
P(all gold) + P(all silver)
=3C3(5/9)^3 + 3C3(4/9)^3
= 0.17147 + 0.08779
= 0.25926...
