1st Card: K♥ (1 way) and 2nd Card: a remaining ♥ (12 ways) for a total of 12 ways
+
1st Card: K♦, K♣, or K♠ (so 3 ways) and 2nd card: a ♥ (13 ways) for a total of 39 ways
12 + 39 = 51 WAYS
