Question 717210: IF P (A or B) = 0.8, and P (A) = 0.4, P (A and B) = 0.25, what is P(B)?

From general rule of addition we have that P(A or B)=P(A)+P(B)-P(A and B) so we have 0.8=0.4+P(B)-0.25 so we get 0.8-0.15=P(B) and P(B)=0.65
