If there are 20 males and 30 females in a business statistics class and the professor calls 5 students at random from a well-shuffled pack of 50 class cards, the probability that the students called are:
a) all male is (answer in percentage, up to two decimal places)
# of ways to succeed: 20C5
# of possible outcomes: 50C5
P(all male) = 20C5/50C5 = 0.0073 = 0.73%
---------------------------------
b) all female is (answer in percentage, up to two decimal places)
P(all female) = 30C5/50C5 = 6.73%
