A vendor has 14 helium balloons for sale. nine(9) are yellow, three(3) are red , and two(2) are green. The balloon are selected at random and sold. If the balloon sold is yellow. What is the probability that the balloon selected at random is also yellow?
------
If the 1st one sold was yellow, there are only 8 yellow left of the remaining
13 balloons.
P(2nd is yellow if 1st was yellow) = 8/13
