Question 691370: I am confused on how to find Y-hat. Can anyone please tell me how to do and maybe give me a short example? I am a 51-year old non-trad student and like to figure out the problems in my textbook on my own, so if anyone of you very generous and greatly appreciated people answer my question, I would be eternally grateful. I want to be able to understand statistics and remember how to do it for Business Statistics II next semester. Need to understand the basics. Thank you very much in advance.

a basic statistics text.
May I suggest you Google "y-hat statistics".
There you will find several sites that explain
y-hat and how to generate it.
