Population Variance = Z
Population Standard Deviation = S = 1/Z
Z = ( X - μ ) / σ
S=1/Z
1/10 = {X – (-43.95%)} / 20
20/10 = X+43.95%
2 – 43.95% = X
X = -41.95%
