Since the number is close to 1 it is strong.
So, this is a strong,positive, linear relationship.
-1 = perfectly negative
close to -1 = strongly negative
close to 0 but below it = weak negative
0 = no correlation
close to 0 but above = weak positive
close to 1 = strong positive
1 = perfectly postive
