Count the number of sectors that have a value greater than $700. Do not count sectors that ARE $700 because $700 is not greater than $700. This is the numerator of your fraction.

Count the number of sectors altogether. This is your denominator.

The fraction (once you have reduced it to lowest terms) is your desired probability.
