Divide the number of successful outcomes by the number of outcomes. The problem is, you aren't told how to handle the letter I. The instructions are ambiguous so it is possible to have either 6 cards (one card for the letter I), or 7 cards, (one card for each of the letters I). I would turn in both answers and then challenge your teacher to prove (not just say, but prove) that either is wrong.
