Convert the following real scores into standard scores.
Given: mean = 9.25 and standard deviation= 2.14
---
Formula:
z(x) = (x-u)/sigma
-------
a. x=10
z(10) = (10-9.25)/2.14 = 0.75/2.14 = 0.35
-----------------------------------------------
b. x=12
z(12) = (12-9.25)/2.14 = 2.75/2.14 = 1.29
-----------------------------------------------
c.x=6
z(6) = (6-9.25)/2.14 = -1.52
