Recommend checking the list of Tutors, a number of them are.
In general: If P(happening) = 1/n , ODDS against would be: (n-1) to 1.
for ex: p = 1/8, then odds against would be 7 to 1.
Note: The probability of x successes in n trials is:
P = nCx* where p and q are the probabilities of success and failure respectively.
In this case p(man)= 1/2 & q(women)= 1/2 or .5
