(13*3+1)/52 the 13*3 is all suits except clubs & the 1 is for the ace of clubs
(39+1)/52=.7692307 or 76.92307% probability of success.

Prob(ace or not a club)= Prob(ace) + Prob(not a club) - P(ace and not a club)
=4/52 + 39/52 - 3/52
=40/52
=10/13
