Ans: 5!*5! = 14400

Beginning with a woman=1 way, then five men can sit in 5 ways, then the rest of women can sit in 4 ways, and again the rest of man can be sit in 4 ways and so on:
By multiple principle:
1*5*4*4*3*3*2*2*1*1=2880
