I used a TI-83 and it generated 8 classes with class interval
of three. Min is 0.4 and Max is 22.

140000-12200=1800
2. What is the arithmetic mean income?
Add them up and divide by 5 to get 129600
3. What is the population variance?
6343.50061^2=40,240,000
The standard deviation?
6343.50061

4. The annual incomes of officers of another firm similar to TMV Industries were also studied. The mean was $129,000 and the standard deviation $8,612. Compare the means and dispersions in the two firms.
The means are quite close; the standard deviation for TMV is quite
a bit larger indicating more of a spread of officer incomes.
