Not binomial.
The probability of selecting a 10 is not the same on each of the 8 draws.
For binomial the probability (p) must be consistent for each trial.

Are you sure it is not binomial?
It says select 8 cards from a standard 52-card deck WITH REPLACEMENT
ergo, the probability of getting a 10 is the same on each draw since you replace the last card drawn
p = 4/52
