Defining "word" very loosely...
You have 2 choice for the first position: Either F or W.
That means you have 26-2 = 24 choices for the second position.
Once you pick that letter, then you have 23 choices for the third position.
Finally, you have 22 choices for the fourth and last position.
2*24*23*22 = 24288
