Answer is .22, because if it rains in June then it is assumed that at least one day will have rain.
However, if the question says that the probability that it will rain on any particular day in June is .22, then P(rain) is equal to 1 - P(no rain) = 1 - (.78)^30 = .99942. Pretty likely.
