Rate of change: (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1) = (21 - 13)/(2 - 1) = 8
f(x) = 8x + 13
Where is the amount of hours from 5:00 a.m. and is the amount of visitors.
f(3) = 8*3 + 13 = 37
