1. Assuming the relation is linear, x and y would be negatively correlated.

2. For each unit increase in x, y decreases by 3, so if x=4, y would equal -17.

3. The points lie perfectly on the line, so the linear regression would be the same as the line the points lie on, and r would equal -1.

4. Negative, same as #1.
