the statement is:
if p then q.

the converse of the statement is:

if q then p.

your statement is:

If I do not change my car’s oil, then my car will have engine trouble.

the converse of this statement is:

if my car has engine trouble, then i did not change my car's oil.

p is equal to i do not change my car's oil.
q is equal to my car will have engine trouble.

if p then q is the statement
if q then p is the converse

if q then p translates to:

if my car will have engine trouble, then i do not change my car's oil.

the english is a little rough, because the converse doesn't translate exactly in the same words, but the effect is the same with some wording change.

instead of if my car will have engine then i do not change my car's oil, make it:

if my car has engine trouble, then i did not change the oil.

now it reads better.

the selections that you had to choose from lead to the following statement as the correct answer.

If my car has engine trouble, then I did not change my car’s oil.

that would be your fourth selection from the top or the second selection from the bottom.
