Question 490245: I was asked to create a research question from which you will formulate a research hypothesis that will test two or more populations. This is what I came up with:
H0: the mean # of houses with 5 br & 2 baths=the mean # of houses with 5 br and more than 2 baths ( My data:2 baths Mean=231.26667 Median=236.4 Mode=209.7,236.4,247.7)
H1: the mean # of houses with 5 br & 2 baths ≠ the mean # of houses with 5 br and more than 2 baths (My data: More than 2 baths Mean= 233.3 Median= (207.5+269.2)/2 = 238.35 Mode= 186.7,188.3,207.5,269.2,269.9,278.2)
Am I correct? Another question. I also have to perform the 5 step hypothesis test on this data. How do I do that?

To compare the populations means you
need a sample mean, standard deviation,
and sample size from each population.
