Four digits are selected from the digits 1,2,3,4 and a number is formed. Find the probability that the number is greater than 3000, assuming digits can be repeated.

The thousands digit must be either 3 or 4: 2 ways to choose
The remaining three digits may be chosen is 4^3=64 ways
Answer 2*64=128
