 Probability= nos of expected outcomes/ nos of possible outcomes.
expected outcomes (multiples of 3 within 1 and 28)are 3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27
nos of expected outcomes is 9.
nos of possible outcomes is 28 (count from 1,2,3,4.......28)
threfore the probability of obtainning 3= 9/28
answer= 9/28
