Is there a formula to follow for probabilities in Algebra high school level?
The most basic formula is
Probability of success = (# of ways you can succeed)/(# of possible outcomes)

Example: A bowl has 3 red balls and 7 blue balls
You select a ball.
P(red ball) = 3/10
P(blue ball) = 7/10
