Answer by richwmiller(17219)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
100 are rusted of 200
100/200 rusted=1/2=2/4
50/200 bolt=1/4

1/4 says it is bolt
2/4 says it is rusted
1/4+2/4=3/4 =75%
It is rusted or a bolt (or both)
