I got 5/6 but don't you have to add it or multiply since a card was drawn both times?

"...Not drawn both times" means that it could be drawn once or not at all.
Probability of being drawn both times is (1/6)^2 = 1/36
1 - 1/36 = 35/36 the probability that the letter C is NOT drawn both times.
