Assuming fair six-sided dice, we multiply the individual probabilities because we are asked to find the AND case...
so we have a 3 out of 6 for an odd on the red and
we have a 2 out of 6 for a 1 or a 2 on the blue...
multiplying we get
3/6 * 2/6 = 6/36 =
1/6
