possible case for getting 9 is (4,5), (5,4),(6,3) ,(3,6)

probability of getting 9, i.e P(A) = 2/36

probability of not getting 9, i.e P'(A) = 1 - P(A) = 1 - 2/36 = 34/36

= 17/18
