Let's say you have
2 with 0 bdrms
3 with 1 bdrms
4 with 2 bdrms
2 with 3 bdrms
4 with 4 bdrms
----
Total frequency = 2+3+4+2+4 = 15
P(0 bdrms) = 2/15
P(1 bdrms) = 3/15
P(2 bdrms) = 4/15
etc.
