Given the population standard deviation equals 70, and the standard error of the mean (the standard deviation of the sample mean) equals 14, what is the sample size that needs to be taken?

Since E = z*s/sqrt(n)

If s/sqrt(n) = 14 and s = 70
---
Then sqrt(n) = 70/14
So n = [70/14]^2 = 25
