Can someone help me setup the formula to solve the problem and I will solve it. I am having a hard coming up with the formula.

odds in favor of an event A are 2 to 3, 

probability associated with event A occurring is 2/5

odds in favor x:y relates to probability of x/(x+y) of x occuring.
