Each is 50/50 so being tails 50% of the time and heads 50% of the time.
50% + 50% = 100% tails that 2 of the 4
50% + 50% = 100% heads of 2 of the 4
with 4 coins tossed fairly there is 100% chance of 2 being heads and 100% chance of 2 being tails. 2/4 2/4 of each evenly.
2/4 tails 2/4 heads
